About Us

In 2020, during the pandemic, Steve started tinkering in small engine repairs and maintenance to keep busy while schools were closed.  Through Facebook, family, friends and neighbors the business took off, the business was known as "Steve's Equipment Repair & Diagnostics."  We are proud to offer our customers the "Mom and Pop" service at an affordable price.

In 2022 the local dump truck company that Becky worked for made her a proposition to purchase the business so the owner could retire.  Steve joined the team as the Operations Manager after retiring from the school district and they began working on the business deal.  Towards the end of 2022 the business deal was no longer on track therefore Becky and Steve decided to start R.M.C. Inc.

As their employment was coming to an end at the dump truck company, Becky realized that her customers were now going to be losing a trucking company in an already difficult industry.  She came up with the idea to become a freight broker.  R.M.C. Inc. is licensed and registered with PennDOT and the FMCSA, along with being bonded and insured.  What was once her "competition" has now become her support system.  Orders come in from quarries, plants and customers and she finds the trucking companies that can do the work.
